Default Heal Party/Divine Boon?

If you used Heal Party while using Divine Boon would the boost/energy cost apply for each member of the party? I was wondering if this combo would work. 1 monk casts essece bond on 2 tanks, then one blood necro keeps blood is power/blood ritual cast on the monk at all times. If this works like im thinking the healer monk would be healing 128 health every 2 seconds to all party members (3840 a minute) for 31 energy each time. while maintaining a +8 energy regen and gain 1 energy each time the tanks took a hit.

Spells that affect the entire party do not recieve a divine bonus. Only the caster recieves the divine favor bonus.
